Vendor spots will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We allow booths set up on the Friday before a festival. If you cannot make it that Friday and have to set up on the morning of the event you will be assigned a spot based on where you will safely be able to get your vehicle in to unload at the time of your arrival. **Special requests will be considered, but not guaranteed.
Vendors may set up their booth the day before the event from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and on the morning of the event starting at 8:00 am. Vendors must have vehicles removed from the festival area no later than 30 minutes prior to event start time. Vendors should be prepared to fully stock the booth for the entire day. Please unload your vehicle and move it to a designated parking zone before setting up your booth. Likewise, please have your booth packed up and ready to go before bringing your vehicle in for loading. No vehicles may be brought into the festival area at any time the event is open to the public. If you need to leave the event prior to the end time you may pull your vehicle along the fence line at the access road and hand items over the fence. Vendor payments are non-refundable. Should Dallas Lavender Lane Farm find it necessary to cancel, the farm agrees to refund all money paid by the vendor within 30 days of such cancellation. Events will be held rain or shine.
Booths must be staffed by vendors at all times. We ask that vendors do not smoke at their booths and at least step to the fence-line. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly, we have free-roaming farm animals, and they can get sick if they ingest them. No pets are allowed at the farm, service animals are permitted but must be kept at your booth or on a leash at all times. Children who accompany you to the festival must be supervised at all times. Dallas Lavender Lane Farm reserves the right to remove any vendor or participant from this and future events for unacceptable behavior and/or non-compliance with the rules and procedures of the festival.
